week 9 of school
Quarters go by so fast I have barely noticed that it is March today.
Wishing I had more time to figure out what I wanted to do for a major at this school.
Something I totally didn't care about in 2003, but now it seems like a big deal.
I hear people say that your undergraduate education doesn't matter.
I'd like to smack those people for wasting their time and money (or parents' money) in that case.
If it really doesn't matter... why did you go to college?

more than 1/2 way through
This Friday @ 7pm I will be frantically registering for classes for my Spring quarter.
I get ridiculously anxious about registration dates and it's probably obnoxious for Jay.
I've taken my 2nd midterms in most of my classes, I have one more next week for ACTG 11.
I think I will be taking 20 units (5 classes) this next quarter. The girl who sits next to me in ECON3 suggested that I should try to take more or take on a internship, and that I just needed to manage my time better to do so. Following this comment she was asleep as usual in the front row of class, and I don't think she's ever stayed awake for an entire class. I sympathize for her, but I don't think working that hard is remotely good for you? Or am I just lazy?

spring quarter
I am registering for classes in a couple weeks. I think I will actually be a Junior? Which means I have 6 quarters left after this one, and it also means that I will be overloading like a nut for the next 5 to try to get them done within the next year.
I am also looking at graduate school programs. I'm finding out that the programs I'm looking at are in some insanely hard schools to get into or some ones I had never heard of. Every once in awhile I find one that is somewhere in the middle.
I did find out that USF has a program and that some place named Presidio Graduate School (?) has one. Up until today I thought the majority of the programs were out of state and on the east coast. I'm finding a few over here. Now it's just a matter of which ones I get into.
